I came across the Spheres Of Light website and felt an immediate affinity with this work.

I am a spiritual healer and have been channelling some work for a number of years. I call this work:

Dancing Magic-personal and planetary healing and ascension made easy and fun.

This technique incorporates free dance and play with the intention to connect to the higher frequencies of light being transmitted to humanity from the higher planes of reality or higher dimensions. I call these frequencies, waves of light ‘divine will frequencies’ a name I got from (orindaben.com), or ‘rays of God’ from (Walkingterrachrista.com).  

I feel these are the same frequencies described as Spheres Of Light.

By using dance and play in free intuitive dance one naturally raises ones vibration by experiencing the joy of free movement. In this state:

Joy is the freedom of movement allowed.

Joy is also one of the highest frequencies and in and of itself transmutes lower frequency states.

I experience the free dance and joy as being a gateway to the higher dimension the world of these higher healing frequencies and the home of benevolent beings such as angels fairies ascended masters and other light beings.

I use this free dance process when I do healings and people largely friends and fellow healers experience the energies coming through.

Consciously focusing on these frequencies (Spheres Of Light) whilst free dancing is very powerful.

The body itself has it’s own innate intelligence and knows the gentlest most joyful way to release holding patterns which contribute to disease.

What this technique actually does is tap into the natural healing abilities of the magical child within.

Using this technique of free dance along with your intention to connect you can access these higher frequencies and use them to transmute lower frequencies within yourself your patients and the body of the planet.

The other result of these frequencies is their capacity to expand consciousness and create higher states of awareness.

In a sense, this is a form of active meditation and great for people who find formal meditation challenging.

My experience in using this technique is it allows you to make contact with the divine self and experience the infinite endless love, the bliss and ecstasy which is your true divine nature, the one and only true reality.

This technique offers a direct experience of the oneness and I believe is a pathway to enlightenment.

I am am interested in sharing awareness of the amazing grace being offered to humanity at this time.

I have been guided that with these higher frequencies there is basically nothing incurable on the planet.

When dancing in nature I am often intuitively guided to direct these frequencies into the ocean or other areas of the planet and told they have the capacity to transmute chemicals and diseased elements into there higher frequencies of love and light. The potential of a group intending to work together in such an endeavor is exciting. I share the vision of light workers joining together to accomplish great planetary healing.

Spheres Of Light

Well, I’m sure we’ve all heard the term Sphere Of Influence.

Did you ever stop to reflect on what that means from a spiritual standpoint? Also have you considered it in the context of Spheres Of Light?

Why do we say Sphere? Think about it. If you take a point and radiate out from that point an equal distance in an infinite number of directions you create a Sphere.

No matter how small the Sphere it takes an infinite number of radii to create it. That means the infinite is contained within the finite. Amazing.

Now stay with this for this is more than exploration of sacred geometry, mathematics and the properties of a Sphere. This is about you, you as a Sphere Of Light.

You’ve probably heard spiritual teachers over the ages talking about you as a limitless or infinite being but had nothing to get a hold of. Now you have, right in your midst, the image of a Sphere. A lightsphere and that Sphere of Light is you.

Rumi used another metaphor of a sphere:

“You are not a drop in the ocean… you are the entire ocean in a drop.”

Our blog ‘Turning Point’ looked at this using the metaphor of fibre optic lamp. It pointed out literally and metaphorically that we are all from the same source. The ulitmate Sphere Of Light and, as such, we contain all the innate wisdom and truth in that. It’s just that we’ve forgotten most of it.

So when you engage with Spheres Of Light what is happening?

Many things, but in essence, you/we are remembering that innate connection, the truth of who you/we are. When you do that, because you are intrinsically connected to all that is your level of consciousness and vibration shifts and you automatically affect everything else in creation.

Now that is incredible. You have, no doubt, heard the saying about the butterfly flapping its wings and the world/universe changes. This is what it is referring to.

No matter how subtle or small. A change is created. A positive one. The more you engage with this energy the more you remember, the more you shift your consciousness, the more you, by a process akin to a positive chain reaction or osmosis*, influence everyone and everything else.

Try thinking about it in this way. You’ve almost certainly had the experience of walking into a room and feeling you could ‘cut the atmosphere with a knife’ or the opposite experience of walking into to a quiet place and feeling a sense of peace.

These are all aspects of the same phenomenon. Everything is energy, everything vibrates and thus everything affects everything else.

If you live in the UK you may recall watching the TV programme “A Question of Sport” and one of the rounds was called:

“What happens next?”

They would show a clip of some sporting action and the teams had to guess what happened next. The answers were often hilarious as the teams made up all sorts of answers to fit the scene. Sometimes they got it right but often it was wrong because it was usually something unpredictable that happened!

Life is like that – it can be unpredictable at times, especially when we’d like it to be safe and normal.

“Prediction is a risky business, especially if it involves the future.”

This humourous and, at the same time, deeply profound quote has been attributed to many sources and has a number of variations. For this blog I will attribute it to Niels Bohr one of the founding fathers of Quantum Physics. Relax, I am going to keep this simple so anyone can get it!

Now what has all this to do with Spheres Of Light? Well, rather a lot actually!

Our minds are wonderful storage devices or filing systems and we like to draw on this data to predict and control events to keep ourselves safe.

The Universe doesen’t quite work like that though!

At its fundamental energetic level, you could see the universe as an ocean or field of endless possibilities and probabilities that are just waiting to unfold based on our choices or observations. Quantum Physicists call this process “collapse.” Which essentially means that the ‘field of outcomes’ has formed into the ‘reality’ you have chosen or observed. Cool stuff, and actually very profound.

Now when you engage with Spheres Of Light which only works for your highest good the outcome can often be a surprise to you, rather like the Question Of Sport outcomes.

People have insights about things they weren’t even aware of, deeply buried issues come up to be healed, miracles unfold. Much, indeed most of the time, little of this has anything to do with what the conscious mind has been processing or thinks may be a good idea based on past data.

Now this doesn’t fit with our control or safety world-view that we’ve been taught because it seems unpredictable!

Though, in truth, it couldn’t be more interesting, exciting and instructive! Why? Because when we get in touch with a higher part of ourselves through the gift of Spheres Of Light we’re opening up the pathway to our truth, our innate essence.

At this level we could not be more pure or safe! Though it’s a completely different level. The former ‘safety’ is trying to keep us as we are and comes from the egoic mind and old data, the latter comes from the heart and soul and represents truth. Your truth.

Which do you choose? Ego or heart? Normal or Natural?

So in answer to our opening question: “What happens next?” the most effective answers or insights, the truth, that is your truth is going to come from a much higher place.

… and we’ve been given the gift of Spheres Of Light to help get us there.

So make the choice to live in the mystery. Be open to possibilities beyond your imagination. If you do this regularly, your life will change in a very positive way and, at some point you will realise what you’d been missing all along.

What happens next? A miracle, plain and simple!

Spheres Of Light

Two core components of experiencing Spheres Of Light are ‘Intention’ and ‘Trust.’

This can be both the simplest and the hardest thing in the world!

Why so simple? Because it requires no physical effort just an intention.

Why so hard? Because, we’re generally so used to the idea of having to do things to make other things happen that our minds find it hard to rely on trust.

In the blogs, “Oh so simple! Parts 1 & 2″ we explored ‘The Power of Intention’ and ‘Our Evolving Spiritual Power’ – so you might like to refresh yourself on those.

Now looking at Trust:

Osho said: “Trust is the greatest intelligence.”

It is also, in truth, part of the natural order of things!

You ‘trust’, for instance, that your body will heal a cut and don’t even think about it. You just expect it to get on with it. It does because the body seeks balance – homeostasis is the technical term for it. Homeostasis is the tendency to equilibrium between interdependent elements in your body.

So trust Spheres Of Light! It is based on a pure intention. The intention of your heart and soul. Something you feel!

Now to make this really powerful for you!

Everyone has had the feeling of just knowing something deep within. Why do we all have that?

It is simple because in that place of knowing you are in touch with your inner truth, actually your deepest inner experience.

Now I am not talking here about something superficial. Like the experience of riding a bike.

No, this is something fundamental and innate to each and everyone of us. This is what you connect to, what anyone of us connects to when we are in moments of joy. Its actually there all the time if you pay it attention.

The Intention we are setting with Spheres Of Light is not superficial either. Like ‘I’d like a new car’ for instance.

The intention that resonates with Spheres Of Light is the Highest Intention, your highest good, a pure intention, which may or may not be what your mind thinks is a good idea.

To get the most out of the Spheres Of Light Intention you need to set all that mind stuff aside. You need to let go.

Your heart and soul/your higher-self is in control.

Do not try to do anything. Just Be! Just intend…

… and then watch or observe the magic unfold…

Einstein said:

“There are only two ways to live your life. One as if nothing is a miracle. The other as if everything is a miracle.”

Which do you chose?

As you get deeper into the experience you will find you can start making choices from a higher place and one of those is letting go or your ‘stuff’.’ There’s a separate blog on this I’ve written called: “Lightening Conductor.”

Other higher choices will emerge… be open to them, listen to that quiet inner voice or messenger within. It has some incredibly important things to share with you.

In fact, it’s waiting for you to listen!

Are you a ‘Lightening Conductor?’

No, its not a spelling error. I really mean ‘Lightening’ as opposed to ‘Lightning.’

In essence, we all are – ‘conductors of light.’ For ultimately that’s what we are all composed of – ‘the light of the stars’.

When you look at yourself this way you can literally see yourself in a new light.

Many people have commented to me how fast they move through ‘stuff’ with Spheres Of Light – lightning fast.

Many times issues are resolved without the need for any conscious process which certainly makes for an easier journey and that will continue.

But what about when something painful comes into your conscious awareness and wants to be addressed. What then?

Here are some powerful tips that will help you move through the process lightning fast:

• The instant any emotional, physical, mental or spiritual ‘stuff’ emerges – just notice it as if looking at yourself from the viewpoint of a higher observer, your higher-self. You are in an effective place if it feels like you are ‘looking in’ from the outside as an interested but ‘neutral’ observer. You are not ‘owning’ or ‘becoming’ the issue – it is not who you are. It is merely a message, a communication.
• Observing from this higher place you remain interested whilst still holding the intent for Spheres Of Light to work with this feeling, this ‘energy’ for that is all it is that has emerged. This intent is, in essence, asking Spheres Of Light to transmute or transform the energy creating a new experience.
• Continuing to observe with ‘interest’ and gratitude you will notice the old energy dissipate, change or transform into something new, something much more pleasant.

You will know when it is done. Just be grateful for that, let it go and get on with your life.

I’ve seen this unfold so many times with clients and indeed as part of my own journey.

It’s good to know that you can do this for yourself and it also works with a witness.

In fact, if you are open to it a whole series of ‘issues’ can be transmuted in a very short space of time. So much so that it might have taken hours, days or even weeks, months and years to process them without the gift of Spheres Of Light.

Allow yourself to conduct the light, your life, knowing that you, your higher self is the one in charge. How good is that?

As easy as ‘abc’

One question and challenge for people that arises a lot with Spheres Of Light is:

How can it be so simple?

The answer is as profound as the simplicity!

Intention is a powerful creative force that drives our experience…

How can that be so?

To get the answer to that a little journey into the seemingly strange world of quantum physics is helpful.

Relax. We’ll keep this really simple.

It has been found that the outcome of experiments in quantum physics are affected by the thoughts, that is intentions, of the experimenter. They have to take special steps to avoid influencing the experiments.

Now in case you don’t realise it that was an amazing finding for scientists. Its implications are huge…

Why? Because the quantum field, as is frequently called, is what ultimately makes up our physical world.

Change things at the quantum level and you change the experience at the physical level.

Simple! Yet very profound.

Your intention is an incredibly powerful friend and learning to harness it has transformational and creative powers beyond your imagination. Wow!

So when we say, the ‘Intention to engage with Spheres Of Light’ is all that you need we really mean it…

The magic unfolds from that intention and the more you open yourself up to it, the more powerful it gets.

Now that really is a gift from the Universe…

Spheres Of Light

As easy as ‘abc’

So, we’ve seen that ‘intention’ is an incredibly powerful tool. Is there anything else that can deepen our appreciation of this?

Yes, many things and the actual experience of the gift is the most powerful one.

Being childlike in your trust helps. The adult mind though, always wants to know more.

Let’s look at a metaphor in our everyday world that we can relate to take this appreciation further.

In the west, at least, we’ve come from the world of being taught we have to ‘do a lot of stuff to make things happen.’ Practice this for days, weeks and years to get good at it.

We’ve all heard of an abacus. Invented several thousand years ago it was a tool used to do calculations. With a lot of practice and skill users could do calculations very quickly. To a novice it was probably a bit of a challenge.

Fast forward a few thousands years and things called Log tables and later the Slide Rule were invented to help speed up calculations.

You don’t have to be familiar with these to understand the message here.

Then followed something we’re all familiar with that made those tools look slow. The electronic calculator. Simple and intuitive to use. In fact child’s play.

As  if that wasn’t fast enough most of us now have computers that are so powerful that they can perform a phenomenal number of operations and calculations that a calculator couldn’t achieve.

Now here’s the thing. Our spiritual power and understanding has evolved too.

Our consciousness has shifted. We stand on the shoulders of spiritual giants – too many to mention.

They knew all along it was really simple to connect with spiritual energies, but most of us were so asleep it was hard to hear the message. Or the message was drilled out of us when we were young and childlike.

Our ‘intention’ is powerful beyond our imagination. More than any computer.

The step to be taken is one of allowing ourselves to be childlike and trust our experience.

It’s rather like Neil Armstrong said as he laid foot on the moon:

“One small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind…”

Are you ready to take that step and be a co-creator of the leap…

This is your gift from the Universe. Embrace it, share it, be joyful with it and let the magic unfold.

Spheres Of Light

Spheres Of Light and the 26,000 year alignment

A number of synchronicities combined with some insights have led me to sharing this with you.

For large parts of this post I’m using the language of the metaphor here to point to something that isn’t really expressible in words particularly in the latter part.

The alignment that is taking place on and around 21/22/23 December is a special occasion for ALL although all moments are special. Simply expressed, astronomically two major things are occurring:

• The ‘Precession of the Equinoxes’ is a 25,920 year rotational ‘wobble’ that the earth undergoes on its axis. As a result of this cycle, on 21/12/12 we enter what is known as the age of Aquarius. This changes every 2,160 years i.e. 1/12 of 25,920 hence the 12 signs of the zodiac.
• Secondly, there is an alignment with our galactic core – (actually a black hole) and “This particular and rare alignment will result in a broadcasting of evolutionary energies throughout the galaxy.” Chanelled to Tom Kenyon from The Hathors.

Further, in some spiritual traditions the point where the earth’s energy or kundalini emerges shifts as part of this process and, in this case, it is widely understood to move to South America – somewhere in the Andes.

Energetically speaking the earth comes into an alignment ‘enabling an unfettered and direct line of energetic transmission’ and, no matter how subtle it seems, this change in vibrations or energies affects our experience of life.

The actual astronomical event is instantaneous. As the alignment approaches the energy has been building and it reaches a peak during the 21/22/23 December.

Spheres Of Light is one of many vehicles in use helping us ‘anchor’ the beauty of the vibration that is ‘approaching’ as permanent presence on the earth.

The pyramids, which are now found in many places in the world, are designed to aid with anchoring and transmitting the vibration. It is my understanding they are more than just pyramids, they create ‘diamonds’, i.e. an energetic mirror image of the pyramid buried into the ground, which together with the ‘real’ pyramid’ forms a diamond.

Beyond the diamond grid there are other ‘sacred geometries’ in action too, one of which is referred to as the ‘Christ Consciousness Grid’ (it could easily be Buddha Consciousness or other enlightened being’s name). These grids are ‘boosted’ or ‘reinforced’ by the alignment and both the pyramids, SOL and other vehicles are already helping us ‘hold’ these increased vibrations.

We could think of them as a kind of vessel and the more ‘aligned’ we are in our way of being with them, the less ‘leakage’ there will be.

By engaging with Spheres Of Light you are ‘building’ or ‘reinforcing’ your own ‘energetic grid’ or ‘vessel’ to a level that is appropriate for you at this time. You ‘entrain to a higher vibration’ and ‘shift your consciousness to a new level’. In this way, you are playing your own part in ‘holding’ and ‘establishing’ a new level of love and light on the planet.

It has nothing to do with what you are doing and everything to do with who you are being.

The more ‘open’ you are, the more of an ‘empty vessel you are’ the stronger and more powerful the effects are for you and the greater the ‘osmotic effect’ you have on others in a kind of ‘chain reaction’.

Everyone, has a role that is unique and perfect to them. None is more important than the other, they are just different. We’re in this together since we are all one and came here to experience this ‘truth.’

We may be unaware of how this will manifest and that is absolutely OK and as it should be. Whatever unfolds will be perfect even if it does not look that way because it is the inner experience of ‘the experiencer’ that is the truth of who we really are that counts. The rest is just an illusion.

We are here to remember and this process unfolding is part of a greater remembering.

You are playing your part and by engaging with Spheres Of Light now and during this time of transition you are expressing the divinity of your truth.

It would be akin to you being a kind of ‘energetic diamond’ rather like a finely tuned Liquid Crystal (LCD) instrument that is resonating with the ‘sound’ or ‘vibration’ of the universe and, at the same time, ‘amplifying’ the effects to ALL of life around you.

Gandhi put it beautifully many years ago:

“Be the change you want to see in the world.”

A suggestion:

An insight I was given is that engaging with Spheres Of Light is a like a ‘genesis meditation’.

All you need to do is relax, sit or lie down, close your eyes and have a heart-based intention to engage with Spheres Of Light and just ‘sit or lie in the energy.’ Yes, its that simple.

I suggest you might like to do this on each of the dates 21/22/23 December and indeed thereafter if you wish.

In closing, the words of many great masters come to me and I paraphrase.

Do not believe a word I say since ‘truth is an experience not a belief.’

Spheres Of Light

Most of us have been brought up with the idea of ‘give and take’, and taught that giving is better than receiving.

Did we ever figure out that this does not stack up?

For every giver there must be a receiver, so both are required for a balanced exchange. Or have all the nice people only been giving to those few people who were prepared to take, and the takers were not very nice people anyway?

Have you ever been given something, and then felt there’s an obligation to give something back? Have you noticed how different it feels when something is given to you, or when you are giving something, from a space of obligation instead of from a space of joy and just for the pleasure of it?

Not surprising then, that so many people find it hard just to receive, as if it’s something not very acceptable in our current society.

When you were little were you ever told things like: “Give that toy back’”, “Give Auntie a kiss!”, “It’s rude to take”, “He’s is a taker…’” or variations on these themes?

What would it take to receive anything effortlessly? Like the air we breathe, the warmth of the sun on our skin, the smell of a flower? Do we agonise over whether we deserve these gifts? No, we just receive them naturally, and we encourage others to do so: “Let’s get some fresh air, smell the roses and feel the sun”.

We know and experience intrinsically that these things are there for everyone, not just us!

Spheres Of Light has been gifted to us. The universe is always gifting to us, we just need to open up to receive.

The gift of Spheres Of Light is given freely; we are free to choose to accept, and we can share our awareness with others.

How wonderful is that?

Animals and flowers are great teachers, they receive with no judgement, no complications.

What would it be like if we were all open to receiving from the Universe in that same effortless way?
