When I first began, following the breathing instruction, I experienced light to dark transfer in a circle, then moving edges of circles, and lastly, a wide circle narrowing in, which repeated over and over, and then some other shapes finally came, oblongated. It was very relaxing and nice to be able to see and feel the light as it reflected from in and from out. Thank you for sharing!

Hi, I am brazilian and I’ve never heard before of the Spheres of Light, but last night I had a pretty amazing experience. I felt like I was out of my body but conscious that I was in my room, I could feel my hands very energized and my whole body was very warm. I also could see and feel an intense light coming from my hands to my boyfriend’s head, I took my hand out and the light was still coming from in and outside through the middle of his head and I felt the most amazing feeling I’ve ever had in my life. I felt like I was flying with no fear, surrounded by good things. So, today during the morning I told my boyfriend that I had an amazing night and an amazing feeling, without telling him the details and he told me about this article and that he was praying for light. My question is: my experience have anything to do with that? Makes sense? Tk you

It does seem rather more than coincidence that he was praying for light, and then you experienced light going from your hands to his head.

I must say I read thru and thru, then had some concerns. What about the existing connection I try to keep and engage with my higher self ? Won’t it be redundant ? Where do the Spheres fit ?
Laughing now, with much joy. Because it all unfolded with so much simplicity.
So, if I do have one advice for “newcomers” it is this : Just do it !
I was falling asleep (afternoon nap) and they came in that in-between state. Very casually floated out of what I call my BA point (portal to the Higher Self, located above the head, at arm’s lenght).
I sent gratitude, and fell asleep like a child. Floated asleep actually
So now we “grow” together. For now I haven’t “asked” anything specific (aside from clear intuition).
Last night, as I was praying (a habbit I kept, that special moment of sending gratitude for the day, of Blessings …) and my throat chakra heated up, along with a major scratching feeling in my heart chakra area. I could feel little Spheres ( call these “bubbles of Joy)” around me.
Well, today I have an important meeting, during which the way I explain and talk will be of major importance. And last night was opening up and clearing what I needed for today.
What a wonderful gift. Surely I will share further experiences, but so far the major change for me (in a few days) is that I truly never feel alone. The Spheres are here all the time. I can actually see a difference in the way passerby’s react on the street. Lots of smiles

It is of course a blessing that things unfolded so beautifully and easily for you. It’s is so interesting to observe how our mind stuff can get in the way but when we ‘let go’ and allow our higher connection to work its also so graceful and easy.

I lit a candle a little before 11.11am today, relaxed and engaged with my LightSpheres. The candle started to crackle very loudly – quite a surprise as it’s a half burned one that hasn’t done that before. The Spheres told me this was my remaining old stuff being ‘burnt away’, so I stayed with it intending all my old stuff to release.
After a few minutes the crackling went, and I had sense of the new energies pouring into my crown, so I intended this too. I also received a message to finish some physical decluttering of my office!
Now I’m looking forward to a Solstice Celebration with friends-of-the-Spirit this evening!

Just wanted to add that the ‘liquid soul’ really resonates with me, I keep thinking that life at the moment is very fluid- and keep thinking and saying to folk that you have to ‘go with the flow’…..
I feel very much that what will be will be and that there is no need to force the issue. On a very physical matter the rain keeps coming down and there seems to be a cleansing going on …although my thoughts go to those who are facing problems with flooding in their homes…..
I feel we are moving quickly through the veil of reality and the illusion of the ‘external world’ around us – and that more and more people are opening to their true self… Hope that makes sense!

It all makes perfect sense to me Paul and wonderful that you resonate with ‘liquid soul’ too. A liquid flows and, as you say, there’s no need to force anything.
Indeed our loving thoughts are with many people around the world.
As a follow up to the ‘liquid soul’ message a tune came into my ‘being’ that turned out to be ‘In dulci jubilo’ (In sweet rejoicing). Whilst I knew the tune I did not know the title, Sue gave it to me after I hummed it to her. What an uplifting tune it is! It seems very appropriate to me at this time at so many levels. When I meditated on the energy on the 21st I had an image and sensation of floating on a vast sea but rather than it being isolating or frightening it was very supportive and connected-feeling. So that continues the liquid theme!
On that day I also felt lots of physical ‘stuckness’ release and since then I have been breathing with all of my ribcage, front and back – I’m not sure how everyone else habitually breathes but this is a major change for me. With that, I have been feeling very reassured, and I resonate with the feeling of what will be, and going with the flow.
How amazing and how blessed we are to be able to experience this time!

Just wanted to share some insights I have been reflecting on over the last week or so. I believe its really around energy shifts that we are all experiencing – when engaging with the spheres I am feeling a buzz around my solar plexus that then seems to spread through my body – both up and down. I feel quite breathless and my physical body seems to vibrate, its not uncomfortable but am finding myself using crystals to help ground myself – so Black Tourmaline is been helpful. The Spheres are also pointing me in the direction of using Opal and some Bayrite I have just picked up with is quite high vibrationally. I am also finding my sleep patterns been a little erratic – for example wide a wake at 2am and engaging with the Spheres and meditating for 30 mins or so…….. so not getting my length of normal sleep however still feeling refreshed through the day!
I am finding that I am thinking of New begginings and a sense of ‘the start of something..’ – so a sense of excitement. I just felt I wanted to share this and wondered if anyone else had been experiencing anything like this recently……

Thanks for sharing your experiences and insights. I’ve not had these physical experiences myself or directly reported to me by others. It may be particular to you but we’ll see if anyone else reports anything similar.
It sounds like you are both being guided and responding to that guidance to keep yourself grounded which is a very important thing. As I am sure you know there are many ways to do this and the guidance you are getting is obviously helping.
Personally I get quite a lot of messages late at night/early so know what you mean there and feel refreshed like you. The ‘new beginnings’ may be both a personal message for you and a more general on to share. In our recent newsletter I talked about an insight that integrating Spheres Of Light with the Sphere Of All Possibilities (which are integrated anyway) results in a ‘genesis meditation’.
This ‘genesis meditation’ clearly points to a birthing, or re-birthing, the emergence of something new or innate to us and seems very appropriate at this time with 21 December 2012 approaching. It will be interesting to see what others are experiencing.
I certainly feel engaging on the 21/22/23 December will be a very helpful thing to do.

I felt/experienced nothing other than the same level of relaxation one achieves by just breathing and progressively “going deeper” (as one would before attempting many types of meditation and or conscious relaxation). We are all already connected to the Infinite field of energy that constitutes “The Source of All That Is”, but the extent to which we are aware of this (and our individual Karmic propensities) actually determine what level of consciousness/field of energy we are entrained at. Moving up to higher and higher levels of consciousness and transcending duality and the ego self is better able to be significantly fast-tracked by comprehension of the context and teachings such as provided by David R Hawkins in his 8 published books. However the practice you describe and advocate is similar to surrendering to “The Highest Good” or the “God of One’s Own Understanding” – which usually enables one to experience similar benefits to those reported in the listed testimonials/experiences on this site. However, the non-linear domain includes the linear domains – but not vice versa – and thus, without the necessary awareness and context, ones ultimate experience with this technique will be every different for different people and of limited value to a) Serious Spiritual Students seeking to raise their level of consciousness or achieve the enlightened state b) Any person rooted in the non life supporting levels of consciousness.
I am delighted you’ve chosen to give this a go and it’s good to hear that you experienced a level of relaxation response akin what one would achieve with a meditation or conscious relaxation. That’s certainly something that has been consistently reported to us. Indeed many people have said they get there so much quicker with this.
Indeed we are all connected to “The Source of All That Is,” our blog Turning Point, talks about this and reinforces what you have shared. Most of us have merely “forgotten” this or get distracted from this connection in the daily hustle and bustle of our lives and so we feel disconnected, distant or lost rather than being disconnected in ‘truth.’ In turning our attention from outwards to inwards we begin to remember that innate connection in the way that is perfect for us as at that time. This fits wonderfully with your observation that we ‘entrain’ at the level of consciousness we are currently aware of and move from there. Spheres Of Light helps us do this and helps us on our very own Hero’s Journey.
The Intention with Spheres Of Light is precisely about embracing and opening to our “Highest Good” or the “God of One’s Own Understanding” as you express it. I’m reminded of two related insights: Osho said “Truth is an experience not a belief” and the Buddha paraphrasing has said “Do not believe anything even if I have said it unless it fits with your own experience.” These insights point us towards forgetting the words, even teachings and embracing our own inner wisdom and truth. We’ve spent so much time in our lives learning that we have to do stuff to make other stuff happen when in ‘truth’ immersing oneself in the flow of consciousness by becoming aware of it, paying attention to it is all that is necessary.
As you observe people’s experiences with this do vary and that is very natural. We have observed this from many people engaging with this conscious energy. Some people can notice very little and others have a very profound spiritual insights and all of these are OK. None is better than the other, they just are. Events unfold in the way that is right for the individual and that may be a very instantaneously noticeable thing or something over a much longer period. It’s often helpful to journal what is unfolding say a week, a month and several months on a pattern or clear message emerges. Its a matter of being open to that.
We notice that people that people are drawn to this, not everyone will be for sure and that is fine too, there are many paths, many ways and the Gift of Spheres Of Light is one – a very powerful one.

My husband David had his own experience with the Spheres Of Light, where he was given Spheres of different colours and then the Spheres encircled his legs (David was born with severe club feet and has had many operations in the past to correct this).
He said he was free from pain and had so much more movement than he has ever had. The overall effect of the Spheres for him was total relaxation and contentment! A wonderful experience for him!!!!!

I have been trying to work through a blockage in my Heart Chakra, which felt like a big knot of fear for some time. My experience with the spheres of light manifested as an intense spiral of energy in my palms and I became very relaxed, my head rolling to the side. Bart (my husband) did a channeling on the goal and meaning of Spheres Of Light. The message was very beautiful and very powerful. There was splendid energy that developed during the session.
Here is the interpretation and the thoughts and feelings that occurred.
Spheres Of Light is more than just healing. Spheres Of Light is pure energy that works on a deep and fundamental level of every being. Healing can then of course be a result or consequence but it is ‘only’ a reaction from the body to this energy.
Spheres Of Light may not be equally suitable for all people. Spheres Of Light is especially meant for the spiritual searcher who is ready to be lifted to a higher level, although that person may not consciously know or feel this readiness.
Spheres Of Light is brought to Earth with a specific goal to help humankind to advance on its path and provide the opportunity to pass through the portal of heaven, thus accessing a realm which is still hidden behind cosmic veils.
We are now ready for Spheres Of Light. Spheres Of Light is an energy that can help people access and join the era of peace and true love. This does not mean that suddenly all will be peaceful on Earth. Maybe even on the contrary, it is an inner peace, quietness and love that lives in the heart and mind of persons, independent of the situation they may live in.
Spheres Of Light is a pure and powerful high-frequency energy which comes directly from the higher spheres and therefore is very suitable for work with higher beings such as Angels. Spheres Of Light is a transforming energy which penetrates to your ‘ultimate and pure Self.’ Re-birth and transformation are the results.
Spheres Of Light has the power to stimulate transformation on the DNA level. In this respect it is an energy that can help the physical evolution of humankind.

Attending my first session I struggled up the steep steps to the house due to the pain in my back and nerve pain radiating down one leg and affecting both feet. I had been soldiering on for over 18 months with the symptoms and had been diagnosed with a prolapsed intevertebral disc with significant nerve impingement.
My expectations of the therapy were complete open-ness.
My experience has been an absolute positive one. While receiving the healing I feel warmth in the affected areas and after the first session I felt euphoric.
My mood had been low at my first visit; this was lifted and remained so.
My pain has gradually improved and although I receive physiotherapy every week I feel that there is a definite role played by the treatment given as I have seen positive changes after every session.
My last visit I walked up the front steps again rather than take the easier back way in. I could feel pain of course but I did not stop and did not wish I had opted for the back door.
I have returned to kayaking in the last 3 weeks which is something I thought would not be possible until having either a steroid injection or corrective surgery.
My sincere thanks and I hope that the benefits are disseminated are made available to a wider audience through the ongoing research being carried out.

At our Elevating Consciousness Workshop last weekend, Maggie asked “What the Spheres were, what did they look like?”.
I tuned in this morning and my question again was: “Who are you, what are you?” and I had an overwhelming sense of Arch Angel Michael being with me, and his response was:
“The Spheres are not an entity, they are a very high level of consciousness. If you imagine that a sphere is a ‘whole’ then you can imagine that this level of consciousness includes the ‘whole’, (entire) universe. This is a level of pure light, love and joy and it is because of this that nothing bad can come from this realm. Badness cannot be created at this level of consciousness because it does not exist at this level of consciousness.”
This is a shortened version which doesn’t include the many questions I asked to check my understanding.
As I type these words I once again have goose bumps all over and I feel very emotional, as if I have been blessed in some way, or even re-born which I know sounds a bit dramatic but is nevertheless the truth. It all makes sense now and I sent my gratitude and love to Arch Angel Michael for sharing this with me. I send the same to you Philip for introducing me to the Spheres.

I absolutely agree about the osmosis effect. The initiation of my own deep healing has “coincided” with family and others reaching critical points where they too have faced a fundamental question, whether to heal or to continue an unhealed life. As a result development has been taking place in a supportive way, and somehow it has emerged from darkness to be shared and so provide people who previously felt entirely isolated struggling with painful issues with a sense of connection. This is the opportunity for several generations to be healed, and avoid passing on their dramas again to be lived over and over.

I had a really upset stomach last week – think I had eaten some fish which wasn’t quite right – I’d had a bit of pain in my stomach for a few days and it just wouldn’t go away – then I had a brainwave and used the spheres. After about 5 minutes I had no more pain. It was completely gone. Great. Have been using it more and more on myself and each time the healing is profound.

After my healing session I felt absolutely wonderful and the day after that too. I had loads of energy and felt overwhelmed by feelings of love and compassion. I felt totally connected to everything and everyone around me. I was definitely on cloud 9 or higher.

The weekend was both peaceful and spiritual and brought me closer to the universal consciousness that I now know I am a part of.
On the second morning I awoke to a total lack of pain in my back something that usually is always with me (often quite excruciating) ever since a car crash years ago. My back is still a lot better than it was, just over a month later. It also became apparent as the Sunday went on that the physical was not the only healing I received, certain emotional ones were also ‘dealt’ with during that night too.
During the first minute of this second engagement with the Spheres Of Light I was aware of a circle of butterflies changing to flowers, changing to birds, then back to butterflies and continuing through this cycle. Then I was totally and utterly at peace. All I was aware of was PEACEFULNESS. By the end of the weekend I felt like I was a twenty year old again.

It was very relaxing, and I felt sensation from my feet and legs moving up my body….. it felt like the etch-a-sketch that moved and cleared away the picture. I felt this was like a cleansing. Something that the spheres have meant to me has been around ‘balance’ and the engagements really reiterate that point. I felt them around me and it was as if they were spinning and supporting me.
…. I just KNOW they are there and working in perfect harmony. It is a truly beautiful place to be.
